• Invoice processing and reconciliation

• Supplier and performance insights

• Integration with third-party systems (e.g. scanners and lab systems)

The specific services provided depend on your subscription and configuration.

2. Eligibility and Use

You may use the Platform only if:

• You are acting on behalf of a business or professional entity

• You have authority to bind that entity

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes

• Ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date

• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

3. Account Access

• Access is granted on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis

• Users must be authorised by your organisation

• We may suspend or restrict access where:

• There is misuse of the Platform

• There is a breach of these Terms

• Payment obligations are not met

4. Fees and Payment

• Fees are agreed via an Order Form or subscription agreement

• Payments must be made according to agreed billing terms

We may:

• Suspend access for overdue accounts

• Apply reasonable interest on late payments

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Data and Privacy

• You retain ownership of your data

• Smile Genius acts as a data processor where applicable

7. Platform Availability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

• Maintenance and updates may affect availability

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

• Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the Platform

• Your failure to comply with applicable laws

13. Termination

• You breach these Terms

• Payments are overdue

• The Platform is misused
